9-10 Years Old | 5 practices/week
The DEV 1 group is for the strongest development swimmers. Practices are held more often and are more intense than the other development groups.
Swimmers in this group are training to achieve their Regional and Provincial 11-12 time standards.
*The first workout of the season is Monday, September 16th, 2019 at 4:30 pm.

- Dry land sessions are highlighted in yellow
- Swimmers are asked to be on deck 10 minutes prior to the start time of each training session to perform their activation
- Each swimmer's progress is evaluated at competitions which are MANDATORY as they are an integral part of the program.

- Registration Fees and Club Fees are payable online with AADDO (link) and can be paid in 4 instalments
- Competition, Affiliation and Volunteer Fees are payable via our website.
- Competition Fees will be billed in advance of competition for those attending
- Affiliation Fees are due at registration and are non-refundable.
- Volunteer fees are refunded at the end of the year if and when volunteering hours are completed. (link volunteer policy)
