Development 2 | 8 - 10 Years Old | 5 practices/week
Athletes in this group must maintain a minimum attendance of 80% at training sessions unless absence is justified. To properly prepare these athletes to compete at the age group level, it is essential the they be introduced to the importance of performance. In order of importance, the following qualities are highly sought-after and developed in every swimmer:

- Swimmers are asked to be on deck 10 minutes prior to the start time of each training session to perform their activation
- Each swimmer's progress is evaluated at competitions which are MANDATORY as they are an integral part of the program.

- Training, Competition and Affiliation Fees are paid online through the DDO Swim Club website.
- Competition Fees will be billed per competition for those attending and are non-refundable.
