Athletes in this group must maintain a minimum attendance of 90% at training sessions unless absence is justified. This is a necessary and essential factor in an athlete's continued pursuit of excellence. In order of importance, the following qualities are highly sought-after and developed in every swimmer:

- Dry land sessions are highlighted in yellow.
- Swimmers are asked to be on deck 10 minutes prior to the start time of each training session for activation.
- Each swimmer's progress is evaluated at competitions, which are MANDATORY as they are an integral part of the program.

- Training, Competition, Affiliation, and Club Fees are paid online through the DDO Swim Club website.
- Competition Fees will be billed per competition for those attending and are non-refundable.
- Affiliation Fees are due at the start of the season and are non-refundable.
- The club fee is reimbursed at the end of the season if volunteering hours are completed.
